Recent
work.
A short list of jobs we've wrapped up around Lexington. Big or small — same quality, same flat-price quote.
Water-damaged
ceiling repair.
A slow leak chewed up the drywall and exposed the framing. We cut out the damaged section, dried the cavity, replaced the rock, taped, mudded, textured, and painted to match — good as new.

Front door
replacement.
Old door and threshold removed, new six-panel slab hung with matching sidelights and transom — sealed, locked, and ready for paint.

Clogged tub
drain.
Standing water that wouldn't budge — a wad of hair and soap scum locked up the trap. Pulled the clog, flushed the line, and the tub drains like new.

Patio door
install.
Cut the opening, framed the header, and set a new double french patio door — flashed, sealed, and trimmed clean against the existing siding.

Kitchen
backsplash.
Fresh glass tile run wall-to-wall behind the range — cut tight around outlets, grouted, and sealed for a clean modern finish against the cherry cabinets.

Exterior brick
repaint.
Tired white brick taken down to a moody charcoal — washed, primed, and rolled with masonry paint, then crisp white trim cut in to finish.
